Client agrees to the following general hosting terms:

Acknowledgement of premium hosting - we provide premium hosting for all our clients. We demand premium performance from our hosting infrastructure, that is instantly scalable and configurable.

An annual billing cycle

Bandwidth charges based on spikes in use and overages based on plan limits.

Storage charges for use over plan limits.

Account reviews for possible upgrades depending on traffic, use, and storage needs. We asses this in order to provide you with the best cost and service.

Client approved upgrades that may occur within a paid year...prorated charges will apply

Client FTP access (website): If you request to have access to your website via direct FTP access you accept responsibility for any changes that you make to files.

Client FTP access (File Space): You accept responsibility for any changes that you make to files.

Each of your packages describe the allowance for the service provided. The is NO limit on storage or Transfer, however, activity beyond the above allowances will charge monthly at the overage rates:

Storage / 1GB $3

Bandwidth / 1GB $ .40
